عملية التقسيم الثنائي (الساسي) هي عملية مزين بين قص المعدة وتحويل مسار المعدة. كيف يتم ذلك؟ يتم إجراء قص المعدة جنبا إلى جنب مع تجاوز المعدة عن طريق ربط المعدة مع الأمعاء بعد تمرير جزء منه.
